Wonderful blog! I found it while browsing on Yahoo News.

Do you have any tips on how to get listed in Yahoo News?
I've been trying for a while but I never seem to
get there! Many thanks

Does anyone happen to know specifically where the Dogs n Suds location was in Clarence, NY back in the 60s? I'm a Clarence resident and just curious, can't find any information about it. Thanks!

I love the friendly service and the food is fresh and cooked to perfection. I go to the one in Fredericktown, MO. Was near there today and it looked closed. Please tell me I'm wrong.

One of my fondest memories is of the Dog n Suds in Oak Forest, Illinois back in the 60s. I remember they had the best hot dogs and root beer around.
Where is a list of your current restaurants?

40years ago or more there was a Dog n Suds Drive in Restaurant in Penticton B.C. Canada. My folks and my brother and I would take holidays in Penticton and I remember the Dog well! Great memories.

Dog n Suds in Paragould Arkansas is very much alive and well!!

One of the only fast food places I ever eat!

My parents frequented it on their teens, as did I and now my kids and grands.

I hope it remains for many more generations!

Incidentally, I miss the one at Cherokee Pass. We stopped there frequently when traveling to visit family in St. Louis as a child....

Many many fond memories of my Pawpaw and I eating burgers and having a frosty mug and a root beer float!!

Keep barking Rover!!!!

Are you still out there. Thirty eight years ago we had a Dog n Suds close to our home in North West Indiana. Fifth grade at the time. Only lived in the area for one year then moved back east with dad on the R/R. Looking to open one up in PA can I do this ? You guys are great.

Did not know there were still Dog 'N' Suds around. My family owed the one in Columbus, Ohio on Westerville Road. I was around it from 1st grade to after college when my dad closed the doors. I worked there from the time that I was 14 to after college. I remember working with my cousins and several other great people. It was a great place to work and the food was great. Texas Burgers, Coney Dogs, and I at our location only (Ranch Burgers and Pizza Burgers).
